David-Lee Raymond

David-Lee Raymond is a Certified Deaf Interpreter. He has been interpreting for his family and his peers at Deaf school and events in Jamaica since he was a young boy. Once he got involved in the interpreting field as a professional Deaf interpreter, he realized he has the ability to make a difference in the Deaf and interpreter communities. He wants to share his passion with interpreters who pursue improvement of their ASL and interpreting skills and enjoys mentoring them. He loves to play with languages and analyze how they work. He holds a B.A. degree in Technical Communication from the University of Texas San Antonio. He currently works at Sorenson Communications improving the interpreters' ASL skills.
