Today is the day to speak out on sub-minimum wage

Do you have a subminimum wage story? Now is the time to share it!

Today is the national call-in day for the Transformation to Competitive Employment Act (HR 873and S 260). This legislation has been introduced in the United States House and Senate. It will provide funding and technical assistance to states and employment providers of people with disabilities to expand capacity for competitive, integrated employment. It will also provide for the careful phasing-out of the ability of businesses to pay people with disabilities sub-minimum wages.
