Visitors to the Center for Persons with Disabilities’ website will notice a fresh, new, user-friendly interface that makes it much easier to find information on CPD projects, services and staff. The site features a colorful slide show with links to specific projects. “We wanted to freshen it, put more faces on it and make it more user-friendly,” said Kelly Smith, CPD information specialist. “And we added some features that had been requested.” Smith began working on the initial re-design about six months ago, she said. Tom Galloway, senior developer, built the site in about six weeks based on Smith's design and with input from Michael Jeppson, network systems analyst; Shane Johnson, associate director of development; and Sue Reeves, public relations specialist. “I encourage everyone to visit the new site and hit that little feedback button at the bottom and answer the survey question,” Smith said.
